Returns and Refunds Policy
All slabs shall undergo two quality inspections during loading, conducted jointly by company personnel and the collecting driver. Once confirmed satisfactory, I.D STONE shall bear no responsibility for any issues arising after the goods have departed the warehouse.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality.

All slabs details are displayed on the invoice. Upon confirming payment, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the invoice details and terms.

Should replacement of the slab be required due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the matter may be resolved through mutual consultation. (Replacement will only be accepted provided the original product remains in perfect condition, with any price difference to be settled accordingly.)

Restocking fees for natural marble typically range between 25% and 50% of the purchase price, often with minimum fee requirements, reflecting the high cost of handling, inspecting, and re-stocking heavy, fragile materials. These fees are usually applied to change-of-mind returns, canceled orders, or over-ordered quantities. 

Restocking fees range:
0-7     Days: 20% of the purchase price
7-14   Days: 30% of the purchase price
14-30 Days: 50% of the purchase price
More than 30Days: Invalid

The replacement of slabs is permitted only once, and all slabs must be in the same condition as when dispatched from the warehouse (undamaged). Failure to comply will result in refusal of acceptance. Furthermore, all additional costs incurred during this process shall be borne by the purchaser.
